Vulnerability assessment / penetration test

A vulnerability assessment lists the weaknesses of a system; a penetration test demonstrates what an attacker could actually do with them. The firm conducts these assessments within a formalised framework — scope and rules of engagement agreed in advance — while preserving the availability of the systems concerned.

Findings are qualified by their exploitability and impact, then presented so as to guide corrections directly. Understanding the real risk takes precedence over the volume of alerts.
