Incident-response preparation & retainer
The quality of an incident response is largely determined upstream. The firm helps to establish a suitable plan, to define roles and escalation procedures, and to prepare teams through exercises.
The retainer component sets out in advance the terms of support that can be called upon on the day an incident occurs, so there is no need to organise that help under pressure. The firm does not operate a permanent monitoring centre: support takes place within the agreed framework.
